In this "behind the video" video, I follow Sydney as she films her experiment to see if people can really be conscious of the products they buy and how those companies promote or go against their own beliefs, morals, and politics.

A Sustainable AlternativeSept. 18, 2017 Thrift shopping is a wide-spread trend among teens and young adults today looking for cheap, vintage clothing that would be hard to spot on someone else. Angel Atiso, a 20-year-old student at Flagler College, believes that thrift shopping isn't just fun, but it's also a more sustainable way to shop rather than flipping through racks at Forever 21. I followed Atiso for a "thrifting haul," as she picked statement pieces and bold looks at thrift stores around the Saint Augustine area.
